Fees
Ntential® Individual Laser Coaching A one hour individual “laser” coaching meeting focuses on an agreed upon specific topic to help you validate your thoughts. The understanding you gain will assist you in determining the additional resources and strategies you will need in order to bring your idea to life or to resolve a challenge. Individual Laser coaching is conducted through probing questions and awareness techniques to help the client achieve clarity of their next steps. Individual Laser coaching examples: There are times when you simply want to talk with a coach to share an idea and get some quick feedback. You could need support to create the initial foundation for a business strategy that will be executed at a later date. You are struggling with a particular personality style of someone critical to your work plan and need some feedback on how to best engage the person. You desire to reach the executive suite and need to create a strategy As a senior executive you would benefit from exploring a current challenge with a neutral, trusted and credible coach
Coaching Types
Ntential® Group Coaching There is tremendous value in a group of people experiencing similar challenges to come together in a collaborate spirit. Group coaching brings professionals together to make their work more effective through shared best practices and collaborative strategies. The group coach serves as the facilitator to help the group hear and act on the commonality that exists. Group coaching brings professionals together to share best best practices and collaborative strategies within common organizational challenges. Within a company or chapter there are often groups of individuals who have their own specific roles and responsibilities and yet they share common issues. Group thinking to solve common problems helps create a culture of trust and respect for others. Group coaching examples: A chapter leadership team could be struggling with ensuring every chapter member is involved, valued and respected. Coaching the entire leadership team on the specific topic of teamwork dynamics within a group coaching model can help each individual exponentially develop their abilities to be a better team player. Every team member hears the same message and participates as a group learning to resolve conflict and overcome obstacles within the chapter. A united chapter leadership team is now positioned through group coaching to achieve their most challenging financial and organizational goals. A corporate partner can select individuals within their organization from different business units to participate in group problem solving discussion. The objective is to elevate the competencies of each individual through shared group learning and collaboration techniques.
